1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the PixaStack Ambassador Program ("the Program"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions. These terms are in addition to PixaStack's general Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply.
2. Program Eligibility
To participate in the Ambassador Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid PixaStack account in good standing
- Complete and submit an ambassador profile for approval
- Receive approval from PixaStack to become an ambassador
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Commission Structure
Ambassadors earn a 10% commission on all payments made by users who sign up through their unique referral link, including chatbot subscriptions, social media subscriptions, and model commission invoices.
- Commissions are calculated on the net subscription fee (excluding taxes and fees)
- Commissions are tracked automatically for all successful referral sign-ups
- Commissions accrue as paid subscriptions are processed
- Commission rates and structure may be modified by PixaStack with 30 days notice
4. Payment Terms
Commission payments are made according to the following terms:
- Payments are processed monthly for commissions earned in the previous month
- A minimum balance of $50 must be reached before payment is issued
- Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (payout link) as specified in your profile
- You are responsible for any taxes on commission earnings
- Payment methods can be updated through your ambassador dashboard
5. Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked using your unique ambassador link. A user must:
- Click on your unique referral link
- Complete the sign-up process
- Subscribe to a paid plan
- Have cookies enabled for proper tracking
Referral attribution is valid for 30 days from the initial click of your referral link. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in immediate termination from the Program.
6. Ambassador Responsibilities
As a PixaStack Ambassador, you agree to:
- Accurately and honestly represent PixaStack and its services
- Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about PixaStack
- Not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing practices
- Not use paid advertising that competes with PixaStack's own marketing without prior approval
- Disclose your ambassador relationship when promoting PixaStack
- Maintain a professional and respectful public image
- Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations
7. Prohibited Activities
Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated systems, bots, or fraudulent methods to generate referrals
- Creating fake accounts or encouraging others to create fake accounts
- Engaging in trademark or brand bidding on search engines
- Cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking practices
- Promoting PixaStack on sites containing illegal, adult, or inappropriate content (without prior approval)
- Offering unauthorized discounts, rebates, or cash-back incentives
- Misrepresenting yourself as an official PixaStack representative
8. Profile Approval and Content
PixaStack reserves the right to review and approve all ambassador profiles before activation. We may:
- Reject any profile for any reason
- Request modifications to profile content
- Deactivate profiles that violate these terms
- Review and update profile content periodically
9. Intellectual Property
PixaStack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PixaStack trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting PixaStack through the Ambassador Program.
- You may not modify PixaStack branding or create derivative works
- You must use approved marketing materials and branding guidelines
- This license terminates immediately upon your exit from the Program
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. PixaStack may terminate your participation immediately for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious referral patterns
- Engaging in prohibited activities
- Damage to PixaStack's reputation or brand
- Any reason at PixaStack's sole discretion
Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions and must immediately cease using PixaStack branding and marketing materials.
11. Commission Disputes and Adjustments
PixaStack reserves the right to:
- Withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent referrals
- Adjust commission amounts in case of refunds or chargebacks
- Investigate and audit referral activity
- Delay payment pending investigation of suspicious activity
12. Independent Contractor Relationship
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of PixaStack. You are responsible for:
- All taxes on commission earnings
- Your own business expenses
- Compliance with applicable tax reporting requirements
- Obtaining any necessary business licenses or permits
13. Limitation of Liability
PixaStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Ambassador Program, including but not limited to lost commissions, lost referrals, or technical issues affecting tracking or payments.
14. Changes to Terms
PixaStack may modify these Ambassador Program Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
