If you enable the AI Chatbot feature, the following additional data processing applies:

Data We Process

When the AI Chatbot is enabled, we process messages between you and your fans on Fanvue, including:

• Fan usernames and display names
• Message content (text messages from fans)
• Message timestamps and conversation history
• Purchase and tip transaction data
• Fan spending patterns and engagement metrics

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process this data under the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to provide the AI Chatbot service you have requested and enabled.
• Legitimate Interest: Processing fan engagement data to improve chatbot responses and provide analytics to creators.

Data Controller Relationship

You (the creator) are the Data Controller for fan personal data. By enabling the AI Chatbot, you authorize PixaStack to act as a Data Processor on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have appropriate consent or legal basis to use AI chatbot services with your fans
• Informing fans that automated messaging may be used (e.g., in your Fanvue bio or welcome message)
• Responding to fan data subject access requests

Data Retention for Chatbot

• Conversation logs: Retained for 90 days for quality assurance and dispute resolution, then automatically deleted.
• Aggregated analytics: Retained indefinitely in anonymized form.
• Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Fan message content is shared with:

• AI Service Providers: Message content is processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers to generate responses. These providers are selected for their compliance with data protection standards and process data under strict data processing agreements.
• Fanvue: Responses are sent back to Fanvue's platform to be delivered to fans.
